CANCELLATION POLICY

Please reach out to the artist in the event of an emergency, in which you would need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. If the appointment is otherwise cancelled within the 24 hour window, you will lose your deposit and be charged a 15% cancellation fee. A no call/no show will result in charge of $50 fee on the card on file. All deposits are non-refundable.
