CANCELLATION POLICY

Please reach out to your artist in the event of an emergency, in which you would need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. If the appointment is otherwise cancelled within the 48 hour window, you will lose your deposit. A no call/no show will result in charge of 50% of the service cost. All deposits are non-refundable.
